Therapy Modalities
Lover of animals. I have two cuddly, playful cats at home and one shy border collie.
I’m an artist, and I have a bachelor’s of fine art degree. I love making things with clay, paint, collage, photography, fabric art, writing poetry, journaling- and I love to explore other methods!
I like to hike with my dog and my partner.
I like tattoos and have been getting some to represent different parts of myself (if you know IFS/parts work, you might catch my drift with this a little better!).
I recently got into bird watching and am learning to identify birds!
My nickname that I go by is Bird. :)
I enjoy reading books and just got into audio books, so now I can read books all the time.
I’m an amateur perfume collector.
I consider my greatest gift in life is my ability to connect to others, which can be very helpful with therapy.
My style of therapy is relational-focused, and I love using humor when it feels genuine in sessions.
